Refunds and returns after production starts

Each Wandamark item is made to order. Because products are produced only after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible issues will be handled in line with our production partner's policy.
