Returns and replacements
Each item is printed to order through our production partner. Because products are made only after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, color preference, or change of mind.
We will review requests for a replacement or appropriate resolution if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from the listing or order details.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged in transit
- A short explanation of the problem
