Returns and replacements

Each Wandamark item is made to order. Because products are produced only after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible issues will be handled in line with our production partner's policy.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged in transit
  • A short explanation of the problem
